Grounds now open to the public

The pedestrian gates to our beautiful grounds have been unlocked to permit public access to the grounds.

The showgrounds are a community asset and we welcome visitors year round. Walk your dog, have a picnic, take some photos or throw a ball around with kids on the oval. The heritage grandstand is a sight within itself and definitely worth a visit.

It’s the perfect place to stop if you’re travelling between Daylesford and Ballarat, or if you’re visiting the historic Kingston Avenue of Honour.

The grounds are also available for hire for community and private events. We have a range of facilities available including clubrooms, bathrooms, yards and more.
