Rover Car Club comes to Kingston

The Society hosted a Rover Car Club visit in April. After exploring the Creswick Woollen Mills and Anderson's Mill in Smeaton the convoy of about 20 vehicles drove to Kingston Showgrounds where they gathered in the grandstand out of the weather for a talk on the history of the Kingston Agricultural Society and Show.

The group ended up in the Commercial Hotel in Kingston for a pizza lunch where they listened to another talk about the Kingston Avenue of Honour.
